Procedure for Registration

 

Admission

Admissions are opened for the classes Nursery to IX for limited seats. In other classes admissions will depend on availability of seats. In other classes admissions will depend on availability of seats. The issue of admission form is announced on the school notice board. Registration does not guarantee admission. In case of supply of any incorrect information or incomplete documentation admission shall be cancelled whenever it is discovered.

Registration

A child seeking admission must get his/her name registered in the school office in the month of Jan/Feb. Registration is made for short listed candidates on the availability of seats. The minimum age for admission in class Nursery is 3 years on 31st March of the academic session in which the admission is being sought. It increases subsequently for higher classes. The Principal reserves the right to disallow any admission even after selection in the best Interest of the Institutions. At the time of interview the parents are also requested to be present along with the child seeking admission. A student seeking admission (class II on  wards ) on transfer from another school must submit the Transfer from another school must submit the Transfer Certificate and the progress report  of the previous class issued by the school. Any parent/guardian seeking admission of his/her ward issued by the competent authority supported by an  affidavit. Parents must be careful in registering the correct date of birth of their ward. No application permitting to the change in the name and date of birth will be entertained by the office. Students coming from other states or other Boards must get T.C. Countersigned by the competent educational authority of that State before depositing it in the office.
